I placed an order online for 2 of the happy hour specials with the turkey necks and shrimp. Paid online and even called the location to verify my order because I would be a little late due to the weather and I was coming from home in Pearland. I was told over the phone it was ready. I get there to come and find out the order never went through but the charge was pending on my card. The lady who tried to help me at first tells me the order didn't come through and my food would now be regular price. She mentioned the issue to the Asian guy who seemed to be the manager and he was very nonchalant and rude about the situation. I even showed him the pending charge. He didn't care nor did he try to make things right. His customer service was very horrible and I'm sure he treats people that way on a regular with no consequences.

I was really disappointed. The oysters were over battered to the point you couldn't taste them and with this being a "cajun" spot, I expected seasoning. Too bad though - maybe I caught it on an off day but I was very disappointed. I had also purchased the fish & shrimp - the fish were nicely seasoned but the shrimp were lackluster.

This is the second time I ordered extra sausage with my food. I get home open the bag and again no sausage that u paid for and ordered. You call and they never answer the phone. Stop moving so fast trying to get orders out.
